Americans are getting larger and larger! It’s no secret that our diets are high in fat and calories and don’t exactly scream “healthy!” Drinking tea, however, can help us stay hydrated as well as cut some of the calories that we would normally drink up! The FDA recommends 2,000 calories per day; consequently, many of us drink many of these calories when we chug sugary soft drinks, artificially flavored energy drinks and even those drinks that are labeled as healthy teas (bottled teas at gas stations, supermarkets…you probably know the one’s that I’m referring to). Drink real tea, cut the calories and save them for something much better than a sugary drink. I’d rather save up empty calories and use them on a big, fat steak instead!

Amazing! This blog looks exactly like my old one!
It’s on a totally different topic but it has pretty much the same page layout and design. Excellent choice of colors!
